You will be prompted to fill in a Health History form prior to your first visit and again every year. It is very important to have this done prior to your first visit. This will help us make sure that we get to help you as best as possible!
COVID-19
As we navigate through the 'new normal', we are thrilled to be able to continue to offer treatments. This does, however, mean that we must and will adopt new practices in order to keep everyone as safe as possible. Here is what you can expect from your experience at Vitality North Massage.
- Online COVID-19 pre-screening when confirming your appointment and upon your arrival. We will also take your temperature at this time.
- Hand sanitizer will be available in multiple areas
- Extra cleaning and disinfecting of all items (IE chairs, massage beds, tables, door knobs, etc)
- Face masks will be required - we suggest you bring your own but one can be provided if necessary
- Physical distancing where possible
